The short version

• Your text is processed to run the tool and is not stored after your session ends.
• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• No account is required for the free tier — we have no signup form to collect.

What we collect

• Text you submit. Your input text is sent to our processing services to generate detection scores and humanized output. It is used only to run the tool.
• Basic usage data. Anonymous analytics such as page views and feature usage, to understand what works and fix what doesn't.
• Account data (paid plans only). If you subscribe, we store your email address and subscription status through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

What we don't do

• We don't store your text long-term. Submitted text is processed and discarded after your session.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
• We don't build advertising profiles from your writing.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: cloud hosting, AI model providers (for rewriting and detection), and payment processing (for paid plans). These providers process data only on our instructions, under their own confidentiality obligations.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies: session preferences and anonymous analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.

Your rights

Depending on your region (including GDPR in the EU/UK and CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Free-tier users submit no account data at all. To exercise any right, contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Better Humanizer is intended for users 13 and older (16+ in the EU). We don't knowingly collect data from children. Many of our users are students — if you believe a student's data was collected in error, contact us and we'll delete it.
